Knowledge Human Resources in the Asia Pacific

2005年是“亚太地区人力资源研究计划”(H15-H17)的最后一年。在调研、企业问卷分类、意见交流等方面开展了国际研讨会活动。研究结果如下：1.制作了两卷(不同卷)的数据作为最终报告。一种是以各种国别研究报告为中心，另一种是以问卷分析为中心。共发表了总论3篇、总论10篇、地区篇和分析图表及总论各一册。2.年内举行了6次研究会，交流了对亚洲主要国家企业人力资源的意见。3.除了去年进行的企业问卷调查外，今年还进行了问卷调查。4.根据企业问卷，在中国(北京、深圳)、韩国、台湾、印度尼西亚、新加坡、泰国和菲律宾进行了其他实地调查。5.2006年2月，举办了题为“亚洲人力资源开发”的研讨会。来自日本、中国、台湾和泰国的参与者交换了意见。研究进行到一半时，中国的负责人莫里野裕三教授突然去世。为此，薛进军教授代为调研并撰写了报告。

2005 is the last year of "the Research Project Concerning Human Resources of the Asia Pacific Region" (H15-H17). International workshop activities have been conducted in the respects of investigation, classification of enterprise questionnaire and exchange of opinions. The final report of this research result has been made.The research result is as follows :1.Two volumes of data were made (separate volumes) as a final report. One is centered on various country study reports and the other is centered on questionnaire analysis. Three papers, which make up the general part, 10 papers, the regional part, and a separate volume containing analysis charts and general papers have been published.2.Six study meetings were held during the year and opinions concerning human resources of enterprises in the major Asian countries' were exchanged.3.In addition to enterprise questionnaires carried out last year, questionnaires were also conducted this year. Countries like Singapore, China and Thailand were added to the analysis data.4.Additional field surveys were conducted in China (Beijing, Shenzhen), Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines based on the enterprises' questionnaire.5.In February 2006, a workshop entitled "Development of Human Resources in Asia" was held. Opinions were exchanged among participants from Japan, China, Taiwan and Thailand.In the middle of the research, Prof.MORINO Yuzo who was in charge of China passed away suddenly. Because of this, Prof.XUE Jinjun took his place conducting the investigation and writing the report.
