The purpose of this research is to establish a technology and to make a practical proposal. That technology is evaluation buildings and release information, which can be a core technology of support industry, and applying recyclable infill, which can be a core technology of support industry. Our top priority issue of this investigation is merit for residents and our evaluation is based on flexibility for a new life style. Our research results are follows :Core technology of Support Industry1.We established a method for existing buildings to evaluate the easiness of construction works for converting their uses.2.We collected image information of existing buildings with aged degradation, and established a classification method for it.3.We widely collected documents and manuals concerning diagnosing and procedure for aged degradation of existing buildings. Then we classified those descriptions according to their site of building. It allows us to find present lack of manuals and degradation factors that are not identified scientifically.Core technology of Infill Industry1.We collected expert knowledge about development of infill for people who need home nursing care through discussions with over 20 international academic experts.2.We started developing child-support infill to respond society with a decreasing birthrate.3.We made a design proposal of conversion of an office building in to a child-support residence in city center. We also made an infill design proposal through discussions with parts manufacturers.
