项目摘要

本年度は上記の研究課題にそって論文執筆を行い、以下の4本の論文を投稿・受理された。(1)戦前の保育科学・国民保育論と戦後障害児保育の課題-戦後の愛育研究所「特別保育室」の実践を中心に-、『社会事業史研究』社会事業史学会、第33号、81-95頁。(2)戦前における三木安正の国民保育論と困難児・障害児保育実践論、『発達障害研究』日本発達障害学会、第27巻3号、47-61頁。(3)戦前期の児童保護事業と総力戦体制下の母子愛育事業の歴史的位相-三田谷啓の育児相談・育児啓蒙活動を事智に-、『学校教育学研究論集』東京学芸大学大学院連合学校教育学研究科、第13号(印刷中)。(4)戦後日本の保育実践における知的障害問題認識の形成-関連雑誌のレヴューを中心に-、『東京学芸大学紀要』第57集(第1部門・教育科学)(印刷中)。上記の作業をふまえて現在は、(1)総力戦体制下の地方都市における困難児・障害児保育実践・研究の展開、(2)戦間期の社会衛生事業と育児事業分野における発育・養育困難乳幼児問題について検討を進めている。(1)については、戦時下、恩賜財団愛育会愛育研究所の地方分室のひとつとして重要な役割を果たした石川県金沢市の「分室」における虚弱児保育実践と乳幼児研究、(2)については、1920-30年代における社会衛生学理論や乳幼児死亡、母子衛生事業に関する調査研究活動、東京市養育院、東京孤児院などの育児事業施設(孤児院、育児院)における乳幼児処遇実践にそれぞれ着目し、検討を行っている。

This year, the author of the last research project and the following 4 papers were submitted and accepted. (3)"Early Child Protection Project and the History of Mother and Child Care Project under the Joint Power System""Discussion on Child Care and Child Care Enlightenment Activities" Tokyo Gakugei University Graduate School of Education, No. 13 (in print). (4)"Tokyo Gakugi University Journal" Episode 57 (Department 1: Educational Science)(in press) The above mentioned tasks are currently under review: (1) Development of research on child care and disability management in urban areas under the integrated labor system;(2) Development of child care and disability management in urban areas under the social health system and child care system; and (3) Further research on child care and disability management in urban areas.
