项目摘要

本年度の研究実績は次の二点にある。第一は,アセア社がその事業内容を多国籍化するプロセスについて,社内資料に基づき具体的に明らかに出来た点である。アセア社の送電機器部門は,高まる国際競争に対応するため1970年代から,スウェーデンを中心とした生産体制を多国籍的に変化させていった。スウェーデン国外への送電機器生産拠点の移転は,アセア社のスウェーデンにおける原材料調達体制の変容と密接なかかわりを持つ。スウェーデンにおける銑鋼一貫の鋼板調達が困難になったことが,アセア社の多国籍な事業展開を促進したと考えられる。第二は,アセア社の多国籍展開の経営方針を巡って,労使間の間に対立が生じていたことが明らかとなった点である。スウェーデンでは,第二次大戦前から労使協調体制が確立していたが,1970年代のアセア社のグローバル化に対しては,労働組合はあくまでもスウェーデン国内に製造拠点を維持すべきという立場から反対していた。しかし最終的には,経営側の方針が貫徹することとなり,新たに多国籍化した企業構造のもとで,労働組合は生産改革に関わることとなったのである。最後に,当初予定していたABB社等へのインタビューは先方の都合等によって実現しなかった。このため,ABB社の現在の原材料調達体制に関しては,今後改めて調査してゆきたいと考える。

This year's research performance is two points lower. The first is that the company's business content should be multi-national, and the company's internal data should be specific. In the 1970s, the company's power transmission machinery sector was highly competitive, and its production system was diversified. The change of raw material adjustment system and the close connection between them are the main reasons for the change of production point of power transmission machine. It is difficult to adjust the steel plate of the company and promote the development of multi-nationality enterprises. Second, the multi-nationality development policy of the United States has been revised, and the relationship between the two countries has been established. In the 1970s, the Chinese Communist Party and the Communist Party of China established a coordinated system to maintain the national production base. The ultimate goal is to implement the policy of multi-nationality enterprise structure and combine production reform. In the end, it was decided that ABB would be the first company to submit a report to the Supreme Court. ABB's current raw material adjustment system is related to this, and it will change its investigation in the future.
