项目摘要

本研究では,繰返し測定を行う研究において,縦断的に得られたデータに横断的に得られたデータの情報を統合する場合の縦断的データ解析法を提案し,他の研究者が利用しやすいようにソフトウエア化するための基礎的な研究を行うことを目的としている。本年度は,縦断的データの解析法,横断的データの解析法についてまとめられた成書を精読し,2種類のデータを結合したデータの解析法に関する基本モデルを考案した。そして,考案したモデルについて確率論的な検討を行うとともに,コンピュータシミュレーションを行い,横断的データを加えて分析することの効果を明らかにした。具体的には,縦断的データに横断データを加えた場合の母平均,母分散,母相関係数パラメタの推定精度に関する検討を行い,いずれのパラメタについても,縦断的データだけの場合よりも,横断的データを加えた場合の方が,推定精度が向上することを確率論的に明らかにした。とくに2回測定については,テストの再テスト信頼性など,母相関係数の最高密度区間の簡便な推定法を開発した。さらに,2つのテストが強平行測定になっていない場合は,標本相関係数は再テスト信頼性係数を過大推定することを明らかにした。
