本研究では、18世紀フランスの感覚論哲学を分析することを通じて、理性が担った歴史的役割の一端を明らかにすることをめざしている。そのために、この系譜に原型を与えたコンディヤック(Etienne Bonnot de Mably abbe de Condillac,1714-80)を中心に、関連する思想家たちの諸著作を分析する。その際、思想家たちのテクストを当時の聾唖者に関する議論と重ね読みしながら、分析することによって、思想史的、歴史的文脈のなかに位置づけて検討・解釈することを試みる。幸い、パリ国立聾学院(INJS de Paris)の全面的な協力によって、本研究に必要な一次資料の大部分を全ページわたってデジタルカメラによって撮影することができた。撮影データはパソコンの画面上で完全に視認できるうえ、OCRソフトを活用して、電子テクストに変換し、語彙検索などの作業に利用することが可能である。しかし、18世紀特有の綴字法や活字によって、文献によっては認識精度に問題が生じることもあり、確認作業に手間がかかるのが現状である。同学院所蔵の手稿についても、同様に一部分の複写物を作成できたが、大型のものをはじめ、その大部分について、技術的な問題から、また、時間的な制約から、今回は研究対象とすることを断念せざるをえなかった。後日を期して、A3版対応の大型スキャナなどの機材と作業補助者を現地において整えたうえで、資料を整理、デジタル化し、本研究を補いたい。18世紀のフランスにおいて、感覚論哲学を基盤としつつ、それまで教育不可能と考えられた人々の教育可能性が探求された意味について、論文をまとめ、分担執筆形式の共著の形で公刊した。また、当時の聾唖者をめぐる議論の哲学的意味について、学会発表を行ない、研究論文を投稿中である。

This paper analyzes the philosophy of sensationalism in the 18th century and the relationship between rationality and history. The original and genealogical works of Etienne Bonnot de Mably abbe de Condilac (1714-80) are analyzed in detail. The discussion and analysis of the history of thought and the context of history are important to the understanding of the times and the deaf. Fortunately, the National Institute for the Deaf (INJS de Paris) conducted a comprehensive collaborative effort, and most of the primary data necessary for this study were collected and analyzed. The image is completely visible on the screen, the OCR software is used, the electronic software is changed, the word search is used, and the operation is possible. The 18th century's unique method of affixing characters, the literature, the accuracy of cognition, the status quo of confirmation, etc. The manuscript collected by the Academy is divided into two parts: the same part is copied, the large part is copied, the majority is copied, the technical problem is solved, the time is restricted, and the current research is completed. In the future, the A3 version of the large-scale equipment and operation subsidies will be completed in the field, the data will be sorted out, and the research will be completed. In the 18th century, the basic theory of philosophy was discussed, and the possibility of education was explored. The meaning of philosophy is discussed, the expression of learning is carried out, and the research paper is submitted.
