项目摘要

1922末から1924年にかけてのブルツクスの亡命直後の活動について,ロシア科学研究所での講義と講演,亡命ロシア人による学術誌に掲載された論文,『ルーリ』等の亡命ロシア人新聞での論説等に基づいて整理と検討を行った.この時期におけるブルツクスの議論は,すでに前年度の論文でとりあげた社会主義の理論的基礎にかかわる問題の他に,(1)ロシア革命,特にその農業革命(土地再分配)の評価,(2)非ボリシェヴィキ的社会主義諸派の責任,(3)西欧およびロシアにおける社会民主主義勢力が克服すべき課題,(4)ソヴェト体制下のユダヤ人問題,など多岐にわたっているが,農民やユダヤ人の状態改善の条件を,私的所有と私的創意に立脚する自由な資本主義経済のもとでの国民経済全体の工業的発展に求める点でその視点は一貫している.これらの点について,「ブルツクスの追放と亡命直後の活動」にまとめた.上記の研究と並行して,十月革命後の経済的・社会的変革過程について,「収奪者の収奪」という観点から,この間新たに公刊された文書資料集等も利用しながら,その特徴の把握を試みた.この研究では,革命後の破壊が,レーニンの革命政権による「上からの収奪」だけによるものではなく,人民大衆による「下からの収奪」の帰結でもあることを示した.このことは,革命の帰結の責任をボリシェヴィキのみに求めることに反対するブルツクスの立場の正当性を裏付けるものである.論文「資本主義の多様性と経済理論」では,ブルツクスの議論とも多くの点で重なる原題制度派経済学の議論をとりあげながら,資本主義を多様な諸制度の複合体としてとらえることの意義とその理論化の困難さについて考察した.なお,ブルツクスの活動のうち,十月革命以前の時期と,亡命後半の時期については,研究期間を通じて一定の整理を終えており,早期に論文としてまとめる予定である.
