育児不安の軽減を図るための集団による保健活動の効果に関する検討

育児不安の軽減を図るために実施される集団による保健活動の効果を明らかにすることを目的に、知識伝達型(保健師などの専門職による育児に関する知識を伝えることが主体)と自主発生型(母親同士の仲間作りが主体)とに、前年度の予備調査をふまえ、質問紙調査を行った。本研究における集団による保健活動とは、育児グループや遊びの教室など母親が集まる活動をさす。対象は、群馬県内2市の集団による保健活動に参加している母親100名である。方法は、無記名自記式の質問紙調査であり、質問紙は、対象である母親に直接配布し、郵送法にて回収する。調査項目は、基本属性、育児不安の内容、集団による保健活動の効果などである。調査期間は、平成17年2月である。結果、有効回答は45%であった。回答者の属性は、母親は「30歳代」が、子どもは「3歳未満」が最も多く、子どもの数は「1人」が半数であった。育児不安の内容は、「子どもへの接し方・遊び方」、「病気時の対応」、「同じ気持ちで接することの困難さ」が多く、集団による保健活動に参加することにより「育児不安が軽減した母親」は7割であった。また、参加による効果は、「家で体験できないことができる」、「子どもと自分の友達が増える」に多くの回答が得られた。子どもの変化は、「慣れてきた」、「楽しんでいる」であり、母親の変化は、「子どもを客観視できる」、「育児が楽しいと思える」、「気分転換できる」に多くの回答が得られた。集団による保健活動に参加している母親のうち、保健師が運営している集団による保健活動に参加している母親は2割であり、保健師との関わり状況は、「育児の知識を教えてもらえる」、「いろいろな相談ができる」であった。知識伝達型の集団による保健活動に参加している母親の方が、保健師などの専門職に、育児の知識や保育園などの情報提供とそのような場づくりの役割を求めていることが明らかとなった。
