目的:痴呆対応型グループホームのケアの質に関する評価視点の妥当性の検討。対象:群馬県内の痴呆対応型グループホームで実際に入居者の介護を行っている介護従事者149名。方法:自記式無記名調査用紙を用いた郵送調査。評価項目の必要性を5段階に点数化したスケール(1:必要でない-5:必要である)を用いた調査用紙を送付し、項目の妥当性を検討した。結果:72名から回答を得た(回収率48.3%)。回答者の年齢は42.7±12.8歳であった。職種はヘルパー43名(59.7%)、介護福祉士18名(25.0%)、介護支援専門員3名(4.2%)、看護師1名(1.4%)、その他5名(6.9%)であった。介護歴は4.5±4.1年であった。刺激のある生活づくり、健康管理、基本的生活の維持、生活能力の維持・向上、人間としての尊厳の保守、安全・安楽の確保、社会性の維持・向上、安心感の保障、意思決定の支援、経済負担の軽減からなる10視点のそれぞれの評価項目全50項目のうち、40項目(80.0%)が4.5〜4.9点、10項目(20.0%)が4.1〜4.4点であった。4.5〜4.9点の内訳は、4.5点及び4.6点が各々7項目(14.0%)、4.7点が9項目(18.0%)、4.8点が10項目(20.0%)、4.9点が7項目(14.0%)であった。4.1〜4.4点の内訳は、4.1点及び4.2点が各々1項目(2.0%)、4.3点が2項目(4.0%)、4.4点が6項目(12.0%)であった。考察:全項目のうち点数が4.5点以上の項目が8割と多いことから、作成した評価項目の妥当性は高いと考えられる。また、4.1点及び4.2点は各々1項目、4.3点は2項目と少なく、4.4点が6項目と多いことから、評価項目になり得ると考えられる。今後の課題として、サンプル数を増やして再度、評価項目の信頼性・妥当性を検討していく予定である。

Objective: To investigate the appropriateness of the assessment of the quality of dementia in patients with dementia.
