目的:平成17年度までに開発した認知症グループホームにおける入所者の生活の質の確保を目的とした自己評価票を現場で実際に使ってもらい、尺度の有用性と課題の検討を行う。対象:群馬県内の認知症グループホームで実際に入居者の介護を行っている介護従事者1,331名。方法:30項目からなる評価票の各項目の達成度を4段階に点数化したスケールを用いた調査用紙を送付し、項目の信頼性・妥当性を検討した。また、評価票の項目数、項目の表現、現場への活用の可能性等について自由記述にて尋ねた。結果:540名から回答を得た(回収率39.7%)。回答者の年齢42.1±13.1歳。介護歴4.9±3.9年。一評価項目の平均値3.35〜2.46、標準偏差0.90〜0.65で、いずれの項目も天井効果・フロア効果なし。全項目の平均値:2.96、標準偏差0.50であった。Kolmongorov-Smirnovの正規性の検定:表統計量0.215〜0.307、Kolmongorov-SmirnovのZ4.96〜7.10、P<.001。各因子のChronbachのα係数:0.956〜0.958。各項目間の相関係数:0.195〜0.789、0.800以上の相関なし。項目の総得点の上位群、下位群の上位・下位分析:全項目P<.001。自由記述は252名(46.7%)の回答があり、項目数については「妥当」が139件中109件(78.4%)、項目の表現は「妥当」が174件中83件(47.7%)、現場への活用の可能性は「可能性あり」が165件中117件(70.9%)であった。考察:作成した評価票を試用し、評価票の信頼性・妥当性を統計学的に検証することができた。しかし、項目数の多少を始め、表現の難易度・具体性等の課題が残ったことから、現場への活用の実現を目指して、更に改良を進めていきたいと考える。

Objective: To explore the development of cognitive disorders in 2017 and to ensure the quality of life of those involved. Subjects: 1,331 participants with cognitive disorders in the population were actually involved in residential care. Method:30 items were evaluated and the achievement of each item was analyzed in 4 stages.
