项目摘要
The research target of preprocessing technology development is using sub-critical water for directly employing to enzymatic saccharification modified insolubility in water wood cellulose. Results were as follows:(1) Development of wood fine-crusher: The fine-crusher consisted from frail type knives and rotary sieve was developed and defined as low power requirement. Machine design parameters were evaluated by using multivariate analysis for quantified index of fine-crushed wood of irregular pattern by introducing fractal dimension.(2) Lignin removal by sub-critical water; 1) Removal was investigated for various pattern and sizes of fine-crushed wood by changing temperatures and treatment times. Removal ratio was described by the function of fractal dimension of fine-crushed wood. 2) Removal ratio was defined depending on slurry concentration of fine-crushed wood in water. The ratio was decreased in higher concentration and constant over 4%.(3) Sub-critical water reformation of wood cellulose and enzymatic saccharification; Tissue paper and fine-crushed wood reformed by sub-critical water for various temperatures and treatment times were employed in enzymatic saccharification test by using Aspergillus niger and Tricoderma. The reformation effects were verified.
预处理技术开发的研究目标是利用亚临界水直接用于酶解糖化改性水不溶性木材纤维素。主要研究成果如下:(1)木材细碎机的研制:研制了一种由刀片和旋转筛组成的低功耗木材细碎机。通过引入分形维数,对不规则花纹木材细碎的量化指标进行了多元分析,对机械设计参数进行了评价。(2)亚临界水脱除木质素的研究:1)通过改变温度和处理时间,研究了不同形状和尺寸的细粉碎木材的脱除效果。去除率用细碎木材分形维数的函数来描述。2)去除率取决于细碎木材在水中的浆料浓度。在较高浓度下,该比率降低,并恒定在4%以上。(3)亚临界水对木材纤维素的改造及酶法糖化研究以薄纸和细碎木材为原料,采用尼日尔和三孢曲霉进行不同温度和时间的亚临界水改造后的酶法糖化试验。验证了改造效果。
