The evaluation method that evaluate brain malfunction is extremely little compered with the evaluation method that evaluate achievements of learning and behavior disorders.In this research, it aims to attempt the accumulation of the healthy child data by more researchers' bringing together the basic electroencephalography data, and constructing the data base that accumulates in the server in one place.As operation examination of a basic processing program in the data base system, an operation examination for the Auto-power spectra calculation, and averaging processing to evoked potential, and event related potential was done.

与学习和行为障碍成绩评价方法相比，脑功能障碍评价方法少之又少。本研究旨在通过更多研究者将基础脑电图数据汇集在一起，构建一个存储在服务器上的数据库，尝试对健康儿童数据进行积累。作为数据库系统中一个基本处理程序的运行检查，对自动功率谱计算、诱发电位和事件相关电位的平均处理进行了运行检查。
