项目摘要

本年度は、先天異常のある子どもをもつ親の次回妊娠に関する意思決定過程を分析し、継続的な援助方法を検討する目的で、5名の研究協力者からデータが得られ、その内4名の内容分析を行った。その結果、以下の点が明らかになった。1.研究協力者5名のうち、先天異常のある子どもを養育しながら次子を妊娠・出産した親は2名、死産の経験後に妊娠・出産した親は3名だった。2.先天異常のある子どもを養育する親が、次子を妊娠した理由は、「もともと2〜3人の子どもが欲しかったから」「自然のあたりまえのできごと、ただ子どもが欲しいと思えたから」という、障害があろうがなかろうが自然な気持ちによるものと、「今度は上手に産み育てたいと思ったから」という女性としての自分の正常を照明したいという意思と、「兄弟で当該児を支え合うため」という将来の保証という理由が抽出された。4.死産を経験した親の、次子妊娠理由は、「自然のあたりまえのできごと、ただ子どもが欲しいと思えたから」「養育による育児負担がなかったから」「家族性の疾患で繰り返す確立が1/4であること」「出生前診断で障害がないことを確認したから」「あきらめたくなかったから」「周囲のプレッシャーが無かったから」であった。5.次子にも同じ様な障害があるのではないかといった不安な気持ちを乗り越えるには、「同じ障害でも自分なら育てられる」「神様が与えてくれた試練だと思う」という女性自身の意思と、「夫婦や家族の支援が意思決定を支えた」という周囲の人間関係がよりどころであった。6.看護者への要望としては「本人や家族の意思に寄り添うこと」「正しい情報の提供とその後の継続的な支援」「自分達のありのままを受け入れてくれること」であった。
