项目摘要

本研究の課題は,ミクロ分析的な実証科学がそなえる方法的な論理構造を析出し,労働市場・社会保障の分野を中心にミクロ社会分析を実行することによって,わが国における実証的なミクロデータ分析の方法的な展望を確立することである。平成18年度では,わが国におけるミクロ社会分析の方法的な有効性を具体的に検証するために,若年者の就業行動にかんするミクロデータ分析を行った。本研究は,最初に,わが国の『就業構造基本調査』(平成4年,9年,14年)のミクロデータをもちいた世帯構成員レベルのデータ・マッチングによって,若年層を対象に「親の学歴階層つきミクロデータ」を作成した。そして,社会人口的属性(性,年齢,学歴,前職の有無等),世帯属性(世帯構成,親の学歴階層等),および企業属性(勤め先の産業,職業,従業者規模等)をモデル変数とするロジットモデルを設定し,ミクロデータ分析を試みた。本分析においては,(1)就業主体の転職経験による非正規雇用化の可能性,(2)親の高学歴が同居する子弟の不安定就業化に及ぼす影響,(3)企業属性をコントロールした状況における若年者の社会人口的属性と就業形態との関連性等について,興味深い分析結果が得られている。それによって,実証的なミクロデータ分析の方法的な可能性が明らかにされている。本研究の成果については,3回の研究報告が行われただけでなく,2本の論文が公刊されている。他方,本年度では,昨年度に引き続き,アメリカの労働市場・社会福祉政策を研究対象としたパネルデータ分析,およびミクロシミュレーションモデル分析にかんする文献資料を系統的に収集し,その理論的方法的特徴の考察に努めるだけでなく,利用可能なミクロデータによる実証分析を試みてきた。そして,本年度の研究にもとついて,さらなる理論的・実証的な研究を進めたうえで,来年度以降にその研究成果を公表することが予定されている。
