研究代表者による昨年度を含む過去の課題を継承し発展させながら、対象である1930年代から40年代にかけての「日本浪曼派」の文学・思想運動に関して以下のような調査研究を行った。(1)「日本浪曼派」の運動と中国・朝鮮半島等の旧植民地地域をめぐる思想・文化との関係性に関して検討を進めた。保田與重郎を中心とする「日本浪曼派」の運動の関係者が中国東北部と朝鮮・台湾に代表される旧植民地地域を重要な媒介項としながら、日本のエスニシティをめぐる言説を再構成していったという視点に立脚しながら、この運動の展開と同時代の植民地地域をめぐる思想・文化とその言説の関係について考察した。特に蓮田善明の問題の導入を通じて植民地台湾の問題を視野に入れ、「日本浪曼派」をめぐる思想の位置を検証した(「保田與重郎と古典批評の問題」台湾日本語文学会研究発表・二〇〇五年九月一七日・台北YMCAホテル)。一連の考察を通して、旧植民地地域と「日本浪曼派」の運動の関係性について今後持続的に検証するための基本的観点を整理した。(2)「日本浪曼派」の周縁の一連の雑誌群に関して、前年度以来の個別の執筆者の検討をさらに進めた。今年度は調査の対象を職業的な著述者や文壇人(小説家・詩人・評論家等)のみに限定せず、「日本浪曼派」の運動と思考を支えたのが一部の特権的文壇人だけではなく、むしろその受容者であったという観点から、従来看過されてきた非職業的な著述者(女性執筆者・学生・当時の植民地地域の執筆者・投稿者)の言説の位置に注目して調査整理し、それらの個別のテキスト群の内包する総体的性格を考察した。その調査結果に基づいて、「日本浪曼派」の運動の担い手の実質に関する、従来の特権的な表現者のみを対象に論じる研究とは異なった視点からの総合的な考察を準備中である。上記のように「日本浪曼派」の運動の周縁的人物・集団に対する検証、関連する文化領域の分析を行い、それらを通じて「日本浪曼派」の文学運動に関して今後体系的な検討を継続するための研究の基盤を形成した。

A series of investigations on the relationship between the movement of the "Japanese Langman School" in the old areas and the basic points of the future are carried out. (2)"Japanese Langman School" has been published in a series of journals, and individual authors have been reviewed since the previous year. This year's survey is aimed at professional writers and literary figures (Novelist, poet, critic, etc.) The movement of "Japanese Langman School" is limited, and the movement of "Japanese Langman School" is divided into a special literary world.
