本研究は、日本学術会議第18期社会福祉・社会保障研究連絡会議の報告における『社会福祉施設におけるソーシャルワーとしての視点の弱さ』の指摘や、筆者が他の研究において感じた『入所型社会福祉施設におけるソーシャルワーク業務の内容のわかりずらさ』といった問題意識から、入所型社会福祉施設のソーシャルワーカー(生活指導員、生活相談員等)の業務実態調査を行い、それを通じて入所型社会福祉施設のソーシャルワーカー業務の特性や施設種別ごとの相違点、類似点などを明らかにすることを目的としている。平成18年度研究計画では、前年度に実施した「青森県内の社会福祉施設におけるソーシャルワーク業務実態調査」のデータ入力と分析、結果の考察等を行うことを予定していた。今回の調査結果から、入所型社会福祉施設のソーシャルワーカー業務について次の2点について明らかとなった。(1)日常業務については、「就労支援」「就学支援」「学習指導」「施設内設備の管理」「地域社会資源開発」「地域生活移行準備」「職員勤務シフト作成」「退所者へのアフターケア」「家族会の組織運営支援」「当事者会の組織運営支援」といった業務は施設種別に関係なくあまり行われていないこと、(2)「家族との連絡調整」「利用者との面接」「家族との面接」「入所者の人間関係調整」「各種施設内行事の運営」「個別支援計画の作成」「関係機関への連絡調整」といった業務は、施設種別に関係なく行われている。今回の調査結果は、調査対象が青森県内と限定されたものであることや、調査票の回収率が極めて低かったため、十分に比較検討できるほどのデータがそろわなかったことが問題点として挙げられる。しかし、この結果をさらに整理し、今後調査対象を広げて研究を進めていくことで、入所型社会福祉施設におけるソーシャルワーク業務の整理ができるのではないかと考える。

The results of this survey are now being sorted out and will be investigated in the future.
