最終年度である本年度は、与えられた多様体から様々な方法で得られる多様体の系列について広く研究を行うことを目標とした。(i)Z作用付きの多様体の圏のGrothendieck環に係数を持つモティーフ的ゼータ函数に関して、前年度までに得られた結果を発表した(投稿中)。これをヒントとして、通常の多様体の圏のGrothendieck環におけるモティーフ的ゼータ函数の場合に有理的でない例を構成することを試みたが、研究期間中に求める結果を得ることはできなかった。また、関連した話題として、対称積のZariski位相から元の多様体を復元する問題について考えた。Hrushovski-ZilberのZariski幾何において、標数0の代数閉体上の非特異多様体の間の全単射であって自己直積の間の(Zariski位相での)同相写像を引き起こすようなものはスキームとしての同型であることが知られている。同様の問題を対称積の場合について考察し、非特異射影曲線の場合について同様の結果を得た。(ii)対称積以外の多様体の系列として、jet空間・arc空間や形式的ループ空間から得られる情報について考察した。これらの空間を用いた特異点の研究(特に正標数での特異点の研究との類似)やtoric多様体の量子コホモロジーの解釈などに触発され、これらの空間を正標数におけるFrobenius写像の一種の類似と見る視点に立っていくつかの試みを行った。例として、これらの空間を用いて標数0でのtight closureを幾何学的に構成しようと試みたが、いまのところ成功には至っていない。もう一つ、新しい発想が必要とされるようである。
