Recently university's concern about the patent, as the result of joint research with industry, and intellectual property is increasing further. For this reason, it becomes very significant to investigate the situation of patent application related to university, and to analyze those features and processes, because of improvement of the research function of the university corresponding to industry-university cooperation activity.By investigating the number of joint patent applications between industry and university, as the result of industry-university cooperation activity, and its annual progress, this research aims at making clear what kind of area of research or what kind of type of industry most patents are applied, verifying whether industry-university cooperation was performed positively and has induced the result, and showing the directivity for future progress positively and quantitatively.In this research, the information on a patent gazette is directly retrieved about the corporative patent with industry or exclusive patent of university, it was able to clarified what field and type of industry currently are performed positively or not by industry-university cooperation. By inquiring together with evaluation of a researcher's attribute and research organization, the knowledge about the range and grade of the patent application of a university and the validity of industry-university cooperation was able to be acquired. By this work, the application situation in various fields can analyze serially, method on the effective industry-university cooperation towards future is attained. For the purpose of contribution to university management or industrial policy, the perspective for which field our country should put power into industry-university cooperation more than former and by what kind of method to advance was proposed.
近年来,作为与产业界共同研究的成果,大学对专利和知识产权的关注进一步增加。因此,随着产学合作活动的开展,大学的研究功能也在不断提高,因此,调查大学专利申请的情况,分析其特点和过程,就变得非常有意义。通过调查产学合作活动所带来的产学联合专利申请数量及其年度进展情况,摘要本研究旨在厘清申请专利最多的研究领域或产业类型,验证产学合作是否积极进行并产生成效,并正面量化地指出未来进展的方向性。直接检索专利公报上的关于与行业合作的专利或大学专有专利的信息,能够明确目前产学合作积极或不积极的行业领域和类型。通过对研究人员的属性和研究机构的评价以及调查,可以了解大学专利申请的范围和等级以及产学合作的有效性。借由本研究,可对产学合作在各领域的应用情形进行系列化分析,并提出未来产学合作的有效方法。最后,以大学管理或产业政策为目的,提出我国应在哪些领域加大产学合作的力度,以及以何种方式推进产学合作的观点。
