In 2005, I researched books or documents concerned, and analyzed fundamental elements of my project. I also reviewed my works already published.In 2006, I continued the work In September, I participated in the 7th France-Japan seminar on public law at Montpellier 1 University as a reporter. I conceived framework of fundamental theory through these works.In 2007, based upon the achievement in 2005 and 2006, I tried to conclude. First, I published Constitution and Parliamentary government with Yasuo SUGIHARA, professor emeritus of HITOTSUBASHI University. I placed parliamentary government at the junction of two in search of fundamental elements of political representation, homogeneity and heterogeneity, in search of thorough reflection of public opinion. In chapter 2 of this book, examining fundamental theory of political representation through rationalization of plurality and chapter 3, scrutinizing basic components of parliamentary government, 《one man one vote》, 《sociological representation》, political parties, electoral systems and bicameralism, I tried to present total view of my project. In November, I published 《Fundamental structure of parliament government》, a chapter of work edited by Shinichi DOI, Transforming structure of government I remarked the influence and strong power of second chamber, House of Councilors, often celled, "carbon copy of House of Representatives", upon the Cabinet.Through these works, I believe I could present tentative conclusion of my project on Representation of social diversity and political integration
