I researched residents' overcoming problems of Kanemi Yusho in Nagasaki, conservation of Rice Terrace in Nagasaki, of Happo One in Nagano. But Young Kanemi Yusho victims who have eaten Kanemi Rice Oil when was very young, get more and more obvious as the subject of environmental movements. They have been generation of bear child's. Kanemi Rice Oil harms the child's, but they didn't eat Rice Oil.I confirmed that young victims movements and supports of organization have enacted relief law. But we will study what means movements for young victims and supportersNext, nature conservation in Happo One in Hakuba village in Nagano Prefecture tell us that the problem of start for men's alpine ski games in Nagano Olympic in 1998, have changed the residents' idea of nature conservation. That is, from our Happo to all Happo .Last, conservation of Rice Terrace has been confirmed that farmers and owners of rice terrace also educated for the appeal to rice terrace for urban residents.Conservation movement does not always fit overcoming. But Rice Terrace will be disrupted in the future. So, I aim at overcoming to the disruptions of rice terrace.
