项目摘要

研究期間の最終年度に当たる平成19年度は、過去二年間に実施した理論的・実証的研究の研究成果を論文としてアウトプットしていく活動を中心に行った。理論的研究の研究成果としては、彦根論争第365号「企業家研究における制度的アプローチ:埋め込みアプローチと制度的起業アプローチ」、第367号「リーダーシップとしての企業家:企業家研究における信用と正統性、戦略的行為」と二回にわたって企業家研究の近年の理論的展開について、新制度学派とリーダーシップ論の観点からレビュー論文を作成した。更に、新制度学派組織論を専門とする神戸大学大学院経営学研究科・松嶋准教授と共著で企業家研究と新制度学派社会学を架橋する理論的論考「制度的企業の概念規定:埋め込まれたエージェンシーのパラドクスに対する理論的考察」を作成し、モノグラフとして公開した上で組織学会学会誌に投稿している。実証的研究の研究成果としては、キャリア研究を専門とする北海道大学大学院経済学研究科・宇田准教授と共著で、キャリア論の観点から企業家精神の発現を捉えるモノグラフ「インキュベーション施設におけるクリエイターのアイデンティティと行為戦略の発現メカニズム」を作成し、モノグラフとして公開した。更に、神戸大学大学院経済学研究科・原教授ほか編Industrial Industry in Japanの執筆分担を担当し、本研究課題において調査を行ったインキュベーション施設をとりあげた論文、Chapter.12 Analysis of the Innovation Process Created through the Management of Business Incubators in the Japanese Content Industryを執筆した。
