Iempirically investigate an impact of the subprime crisis onsmall and medium-sized enterprizes(SMEs) financing inJapan. By comparing the impact of the subprime crisis with that of previous credit crunches during the lost decade in Japan, we findan evidence that the subprime crisis has much more severe impact on SMEs financing than the previous credit crunches in the manufacturing sector : trade credit does not play a role to offset the negative financial impact during the subprime crisis in the manufacturing sector while it does during the previous credit crunches.

实证研究了次贷危机对日本中小企业融资的影响。通过比较次贷危机与日本“失去的十年”期间之前的信贷紧缩对中小企业融资的影响，我们发现有证据表明，次贷危机对制造业中小企业融资的影响要比之前的信贷紧缩严重得多：在制造业次贷危机期间，贸易信贷没有起到抵消负面金融影响的作用，而在之前的信贷紧缩期间则起到了抵消作用。
