研究最終年度である本年度の研究では、当初の研究実施計画通り、大都市住民のコミュニティ意識を把握するための本調査を実施した。具体的には、2006年10月に人口約150万人の京都市に在住する20〜69歳までの男女を対象に郵送調査法で調査を行った。調査の標本は、住民基本台帳に基づき、性別(2区分:男・女)・年齢(5区分:20代・30代・40代・50代・60代)による層化無作為抽出された男性250サンプル・女性225サンプルであり、回収率は、男性66.4%(N=166)・女性74.2%(N=167)であった。本研究の調査で用いたコミュニティ意識尺度は、人々のコミュニティへの意識を、連帯・積極性:積極的にみんなと協力しながら地域のために活動する意志があるか、自己決定性:地域をよくするためには住民自らが決定権を持つことが重要であるかと考えているか、愛着性:地域への誇りや愛着を持っているか、他者依頼性:行政や他の熱心な人に地域の問題への取り組みを任せておきたいと考えているか、という4次元から測定するものである。調査データについて因子分析法により検討した結果、尺度の再検査信頼性は基本的に確認された。その後の分析では、住居形態(一戸建て持ち家・賃貸賃貸マンション等)・居住地域(都心部・周辺部)によって、コミュニティ意識の各次元において違いがあることが見出された。ただし全体的な結果としては、京都市民の間では大都市に居住しているといえども、伝統的なコミュニティ意識がある程度残存しており、自発的なまちづくり活動への積極性につながっていることが示された。

This year's study was conducted in response to the initial research implementation plan and the awareness of metropolitan residents. Specifically, in October 2006, a mail survey was conducted for men and women aged 20 to 69 in Kyoto City, with a population of approximately 1.5 million. The survey was conducted on the basis of population statistics, gender (2 categories: male, female), age (5 categories: 20th generation, 30th generation, 40th generation, 50th generation, 60th generation), stratified non-performance, male 250, female 225, return rate, male 66.4%(N=166), female 74.2%(N=167). The survey used the following criteria: consciousness scale, people's consciousness, connection, enthusiasm: positive, cooperative, regional, activity, will, self-determination: regional, self-determination, regional, important, loving, regional, love, persistence, other-dependence: administrative, other-enthusiastic, people's regional, problem, group, task, examination, etc. The investigation results are based on factor analysis, and the re-investigation results are based on basic confirmation. After the analysis, the form of residence (a building, a loan, etc.), the area of residence (a hole, a peripheral part), and the various dimensions of consciousness. The result is that Kyoto citizens live in the metropolis, and the consciousness of the system remains, and the enthusiasm of the activities is shown.
