项目摘要

今年度は、(1)全日制中華学校、週末中文学校、その他の教育機関に就学している児童・生徒を持つ親に対するアンケート、(2)首都圏を中心とした12家族に対する面接を中心に調査を行い、その一部の結果を踏まえ、論文作成と学会発表を行った。アンケート調査は、主に上記学校(全日制、週末学校)、華僑・華人組織を通して配布し、有効回答数172部を得た。調査では、児童・生徒の中国語学習をめぐって、(1)学習形態、中国語の利用能力などの実態部分、(2)中国語学習に対する親の意識、満足度、家族としての役割分担、将来計画と子どもの教育などについて設問し、その相互関係を考察した。主な結論として、(1)母語(中国語)の学習は小学生、中学生低学年に集中し、学年があがるにつれ学習者が減少していくこと、(2)親の日本における滞在は総じて安定しているものの、将来にわたって日本定住するかどうかについて未定の割合が高く、それが児童・生徒の母語教育を支える原動力となる一方、子どもの母語教育を持続させる上で大きな影響を及ぼしていることなどが挙げられる。面接調査では、12の家族に対して定期的に訪問し、子どもの教育を中心に、親の意識、役割分担と家庭内における教育活動と考え方について尋ねた。主な結果として(1)家庭内においては、母親が日常的な教育活動を担っているが、進路などの重要なイベントに関しては父親の意思が尊重されることが多い。(2)親の役割分担は、両親の言語応用能力、日本社会・文化に対する見方の相違によって異なる。(3)教育に関する情報量が少なく、一部の家庭ではそれを補うために積極的にネットワークを作っている。以上の結果を総合すると、定住中国人家族は総じて子どもの教育に対する熱意が高く、教育資源の獲得に積極的であり、家族の中心課題として位置づけるところも多く、それが家族の日本定住形態にも大きな影響力を持つ。

The mother tongue education of children has a great influence on the development of the society. Interview with parents, 12 family members, regular visits, education centers, family awareness, service sharing, education activities, examination, etc. The main result is that (1) the mother is responsible for the daily educational activities in the family, and the path is important. (2)The differences in the relationship between parents 'job sharing, parents' speech skills, and Japanese society and culture (3)The amount of information related to education is less than that of the family. The above results are combined to stabilize the enthusiasm of China's family for education, the positive acquisition of educational resources, the central issue of the family, the position of the family, and the great influence of the family on Japan.
