项目摘要

今年度の研究目的は、中国帰国者の異文化適応の過程を構造的な解明するところにある。具体的に、帰国から5年までの間に彼らは、それぞれの段階でどのような問題を抱え、またどのようなストラテジーを用いてそれらを克服し、さらにその場合、どのような要因が影響を与えているのかというものである。研究は、前年度に続き、面接調査とアンケート調査を併用した。面接調査は、千葉県に住む5名の帰国者にライフヒストリを語ってもらい、帰国後の適応状況とその文化的バックグランドとの関連を探った。アンケート調査は、全体的な傾向を把握するために行ったもので、143名の帰国者を対象にしている。主な設問項目は、(1) 来日動機とその背景、(2) 文化的適応の様態、(3) 対人的ネットワーク、(4) 日本語能力とした。主な結論は以下の通りである。(1) 日本社会・文化に適応を図る場合、一般的には欧米人に比べ、中国(系)人の適応が速いと言われるが、この調査では異なった傾向が見られた。すなわち、中国帰国者の場合、帰国初期にはさほど問題を感じない人でも、日本滞在が長期化に従って、生活面及び精神面での不安や困難を感じることが逆に多くなっていることがある。(2) 帰国者全体に日本人の友人が少なく、それによって日本社会・文化を理解するチャンネルが閉ざされている面がある。(3) 日本語能力の高さが文化的適応、特に対人関係にさほど影響をしていない。(4) 中国での学歴、職業によって対人関係において顕著な差がある。日本語の学習において、高学歴者は上達が速い一方、逆に心理的な疎外感を持ち続いている傾向がある。

The purpose of this year's study is to construct an understanding of the process of intercultural adaptation among China's immigrants. In the case of specific problems, the main causes of the problem are: The study was conducted in conjunction with the previous year's survey and face-to-face survey. A face-to-face survey was conducted to explore the relationship between the five foreign nationals and the appropriate situation and culture of the country. (2)All Japanese friends are welcome to visit Japan. (3)The high level of Japanese language proficiency is influenced by cultural adaptation and personal relationships. (4)China has a history of academic and professional relationships. Japanese language learning is not easy, high school students have a tendency to reach high speed, reverse psychological factors, and maintain high speed.
