A study on the development of the evaluation system about the care service.

对2007年护理服务评价的调查结果进行了分析和研究报告。作为研究报告的内容，(1)掌握了我国主要城市养老服务评价的现状。(2)通过对福冈市一家护理服务评级机构的个案研究，明确了护理服务评价的有效性和存在的问题。(3)了解了丹麦和芬兰养老设施的现状，介绍了丹麦护理工作者的概况，特别是对福冈市的调查方法进行了说明。(一)了解关爱服务评价体系纲要。(2)根据设置主体对护理服务评价结果进行综合考虑。具体来说，我们根据企业地位的不同，对获得护理服务评价的组织进行了分类，如“公司”、“社会福利机构”、“医疗机构”、“其他(非营利性组织等)”。并从外部、企业家和使用者三个方面把握了评价结果的趋势。此外，我们了解了第一次和第二次评估结果的变化。本研究的主要结果如下。(1)由于评估是向关怀服务组织的用户请求的，因此存在由用户选择有利用户进行评估的可能性。(2)外界评价难以了解现状。作为原因，外界的评价主要是被调查者拿着一张支票单抓着。(3)“医疗公司”在医疗服务中受到高度评价。“公司”在公司的主要护理服务中容易受到高度评价。

We made the analysis and the research report of the result of the survey concerning the care service evaluation in 2007. As content of the research report, (1) We grasped the present situation of the care service evaluation of the major cities in our country. (2) We clarified with the validity and the problems of the care service evaluation based on a case study of a care service rating agency in Fukuoka City. (3) We understood the present situation of the facilities for senior citizen in Denmark and Finland, and introduced the summary of the care worker in Denmark.Especially, we explain the method of the research in Fukuoka City. (1) We understood the outline of the care service evaluation system. (2) We considered the evaluation results about the care service according to the setting subject. Concretely, we classified the organization that got the evaluation of the care service by the difference of the corporate status such as "Company", "Social welfare corporation", "Medical corporation", and "Others (incorporated nonprofit organization etc.)" Moreover we grasped the tendency of the result evaluated from the outsider, the enterpriser and the user. Additionally, we understood the change in the evaluation result of the first and the second.The main outcome of this research is as follows. (1) There is a possibility that the care service organization choose the favorable user for the evaluation by the user, because the evaluation is requested to user whom care service organization. (2) It is difficult for the evaluation by the outsider to understand the present situation. As the reason the main of the evaluation by the outsider is catching by the investigator with a check sheet. (3) "The medical corporation" is receiving high evaluation in a medical treatment caring. "The company" receives high evaluation easily in the company in the main care service
