本研究は、記憶障害者のリハビリテーションの中で認められた個人差の問題に焦点を当て、学習者の認知的特性とリハビリテーション効果との関係を解き明かすことを目的する。本年度は,記憶障害の症状を示す患者の中でも特に認知症患者に焦点を当て,認知症の記憶力改善のために有効とされる認知的リハビリテーションの手法について,展望した。さらに研究1として、記憶障害者ではなく健常大学生を対象に、実行機能と記憶機能障害のシミュレーションを目的とする実験を行った。具体的には、作動記憶研究の中で考案された二重課題法を導入することで、実行機能障害をシミュレートするとともに、学習から検査までの保持間隔を長期遅延させることで、記憶障害のシミュレートを試みた。2次元学習モデルに基づき、誤り要因と努力要因を交差させることによって4種の訓練条件を設定し、学習者の認知的特性(実行機能と記憶機能における障害の有無)と訓練手続きの違いとの関係を検討した。実験の結果,実行機能と記憶機能障害をシミュレートしない条件では、誤り喚起-努力喚起型カテゴリー生成条件が最適であることが判明した。また,障害シミュレートの有無に関わらず,誤り喚起-努力排除型多肢選択条件は最も遂行が劣っていた。これらの結果は本研究の仮説を支持するものであったが,反面,実行機能と記憶機能の障害に関して仮説とは一致しない結果も得られた。こうした不一致の原因を究明するため,障害シミュレートのための手続きを改良した実験を実施中である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between the cognitive characteristics of learners and the effects of memory impairment. In particular, the dual task method for active memory research was introduced into the study, and the study was conducted on the maintenance interval of memory impairment. 2-D learning: basic knowledge, error factors, effort factors, set of four training conditions, learner's cognitive characteristics (performance function, memory function, impairment), and the relationship between training and violation. As a result, the performance function and memory function impairment conditions are optimal, and the arousal-effort arousal conditions are optimal. There is no correlation between the occurrence of the disorder and the occurrence of the error. The condition of the multi-limb selection of the effort elimination type is the best to realize the disorder. The results are consistent with the findings of this study. The reason for this inconsistency is clear, and the problem is solved.
