Pressure loss mechanism of high fluidity concrete pass through the interspaces of obstacle

研究了具有自密实性的高流度混凝土通过障碍物时产生压力损失的机理。采用实际高流动性混凝土和模型混凝土，通过改变混凝土的混合条件和障碍物布置，研究了压力损失与这些参数的关系。研究结果表明，在未造成粗集料堵塞且障碍物为单层的情况下，可以非常精确地估算出压力损失，但在双层障碍物情况下，压力损失的产生机理非常复杂，估算出的压力损失值与实测值相差较大。

This research is about the pressure loss causing mechanism of high fluidity concrete with self compactability, when it passes through the obstacle. We use actual high fluidity concrete and model concrete with clear model mortal, and change the mix conditions of concrete and obstacle arrangement, we investigated the relationships between pressure loss and these parameters. Results of these investigations, in the case of that coarse aggregate blockage did not cause and the obstacle was single layer, pressure loss could be estimated with extremely precise, but in the case of dual layers of obstacle, the pressure loss cause mechanism was very complicated, then, estimated pressure loss value was estrangement from measured value.
