项目摘要

A polymerizable azo initiator, 2,2'-Azobis[N- (2-propenyl) -2-methylpropionamide](APMPA),has both two vinyl groups and one azo group as functional groups. To develop a new graft-polymerization method using APMPA, radical polymerization kinetics of APMPA and graft-polymerization using produced macromolecular azo initiator were studied. To expand general versatility of this graft polymerization method, mechanochemical reaction using APMPA was also tested.Homo-polymerization of APMPA could not proceed because of APMPA self-circulation reaction. Copolymerization of APMPA with styrene, methyl methacrylate, and vinyl acetate using other azo initiator were progressed. Using produced macromolecular azo initiator, graft-polymerization of styrene, methyl methacrylate or amphiphilic macromonomers were proceeded.Using particles which were produced by suspension polymerization of pentaerythritol triacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and APMPA, graft polymerization of glycidyl methacrylate (G … More MA) was proceeded and polymer particles having the grafted epoxy group were produced. Polymer particles having grafted epoxy group on their surfaces were suitable for immobilization of murine fibroblast cell line MS-5. For 5 days cultivation in the presence of polymer particles, cross-linked cell films between particles and three-dimensional networks of cell and particle were formed. Cell adhesion to polymer particle (20 min) was faster than that to cultivation dish (40 min).To evaluate the hematopoietic support of immobilized MS-5 cells, human myelocytic progenitor cell line HL-60 was co-cultured. From the microphotograph of immobilized MS-5 cells, HL-60 cells were trapped between the immobilized MS-5 cells. In the case of the mechanochemical reaction using APMPA, carbon black nano particles was treated with APMPA in ball mill. After the treatment,APMPA conjugated with the surface of the carbon black nano particle. Using APMPA conjugated carbon black nano particles, poly(styrene)covered carbon black nano particle was produced. Less
