背景:思春期の中学生を対象に援助希求行動促進による早期介入を目的とした精神保健教育プログラムの効果評価することを目的とする.方法:講義と体験見学を組みあわせた中学1年次から三年間に渡る精神保健教育を開発し,教育(介入)を実施した介入群と対照群とで援助希求(態度)行動と関連要因の尺度得点について,介入前値をベースラインとして得点差を算出し,短期効果(実施4週後),長期効果(実施12ケ月,24ケ月,27ケ月後)を比較対照試験のデザインによって比較した.結果:短期効果研究では,介入群では対照群と比較して実施4週後に,ベースラインと比べての援助希求態度尺度の増加が大きく,有意な差が見られた.長期効果研究でも,実施4週後および12ヶ月後に,介入群と対照群との間で援助希求態度尺度の増加分の差に有意差が見られたが,12ヶ月後ではその差は小さくなっていた.24ヶ月後には介入群と対照群との問で有意な差は見られなかった.しかし12ヶ月後には,悩みを抱えたことのあった者のうちでの専門家あるいは非専門家への援助希求行動を取った者の割合は,介入群で対照群よりも有意に高かった.また,GHQ12が4点以上の者における援助希求行動の割合も,12ヶ月および24ヶ月後には介入群の方が対照群よりも有意に高かった.結論:今回開発した教育プログラムが精神的不調時の中学生において援助希求行動を促進する効果があることが示唆された.教育の短期効果では顕著な援助希求態度の肯定的変化が見られたものの,24ヶ月以降の長期効果は明確でなかった.今後,長期効果をさらに高めるための教育プログラムの開発が課題である

Background: Early intervention in mental health education for young people Methods: The teaching materials and physical education were organized in three years, and the mental health education was developed, education (intervention) was implemented, intervention group was implemented, assistance group was implemented, assistance request (attitude) was implemented, action related factors were measured, and the difference between intervention pre-intervention values and intervention values was calculated.
