项目摘要

わが国における人的資源の効率的な配分と人材育成について、当初予定した内容について理論的・実証的な分系を行った。3年間で行った研究成果について主なものを具体的にあげれば以下の4点となる。(1) 企業内の技能育成の問題と、技能を身につけるインセンティブがどのように企業内に組み込まれているか、評価・報酬システムを中心に理論的・実証的検討を行った。(2) 策と市場機能の関係について労働市場を中心に理論的な考察を行った。(3) 人材育成と生産性の関係を分析するために国際比較を行った。ソフトウエア産業とスーパーマーケット(レジ係り)について日本・中国の事例研究やアンケート調査を行うことによって両国の特徴を明らかにすると共に、技能育成の方法と生産性の関係について様々な分析を試みた。(4) わが国における少子高齢化に対応した中・長期的な労働力の不足に対してどのような人材の効率的な配分が必要となるか把握するために、外国人労働力の導入がわが国労働市場にいかなる影響を与えるかについて、理論的・実証的に分析を行った。以上の4点については、「主な研究発表」で示したように既に多くの出版物が刊行されている。一部については、現在論文作成中であるが近日中に論文として公刊される予定である。
