1歳から5歳までの日本語を獲得する子どもの縦断発話データに基づき発達指標DSSJ(Developmental Sentence Scoring for Japanese)を開発し、この日本語の発達指標を84人の子どもの横断データ(2歳~5歳)にあてはめ、標準化に向けて調整を行った.DSSJはWWW上のCHILDES国際発話データベースの解析プログラムCLANの一部として一般公開されている.
