本研究は、今後一層進展すると思われる東アジアにおける地域貿易の進展が、各国の食料、農業、農村、環境及び地域経済にどのような影響を与えるかを経済学的視点から研究したものである。研究の結果、地域貿易の進展に加えて安全性という食料の新たな品質側面が、各国の生産、流通、消費に影響を及ぼし、それが貿易構造にもフィードバックする可能性のあることが浮き彫りとなった。今後は、食料供給という観点から、東アジア圏における食料産業クラスターの形成を展望すべきである。

This study focuses on the future development of regional trade, the impact of food, agriculture, rural areas, environment and regional economic development in various countries, and the perspective of economic science. The results of the study, the progress of regional trade, the impact of new food quality, the impact of production, circulation and consumption in various countries, and the possibility of trade structure are discussed. In the future, food supply will continue to grow, and food industry will continue to grow.
