项目摘要

一般廃棄物溶融スラグを土木資材であるアスファルト用骨材,コンクリート用骨材として有効利用するためのリスク評価を行った。研究初年度に3ケ月に渡り毎週1回採取した20種類の一般廃棄物溶融スラグ,および今年度新たに採取した一般廃棄物溶融スラグを試料として,まず円錐四分法により縮分を行い,同一ロットから複数の試料を作成した。続いて縮分して得た各試料に対し,含有量試験(王水分解),強酸抽出量試験(JIS KOO58-2),蒸留水溶出量試験(JIS KOO58-1),最大溶出可能量を調べるアベイラビリティ試験を行い,重金属類や可溶性塩類の挙動を把握した。強酸抽出量試験の結果とばらつきについて詳細に検討した。一般廃棄物溶融スラグ試料では,含有量試験や強酸抽出量試験で得られた結果は同一ロット内の試料でもかなりばらつきが見られ,その分布は対数正規分布をしていた。またPb,Cu,Feについては,分布から外れた値がしばしば観測され,単一回数で濃度を推定することは困難であると考えられた。以上の結果を踏まえ,試験時の試料量を増やすか,縮分して複数回の試験を行う必要があることを示した。最後に,含有量、強酸抽出量をより簡易に測定する方法として蛍光X線分析の適用可能性について検討した。特にPbの挙動について検討した場合,測定値にばらつきはあるものの,一つのロットに対して20回程度の繰り返し分析を行うと,かなり正確に含有量や強酸抽出量を把握できることが示された。
