项目摘要

本研究の目的は、戦後初期の中国共産党の土地改革政策の歴史的起源が。アドルフ・ダマーシュケを始めとするドイツ土地改革者同盟たちの土地改革論や土地改革政策に求めることができるということを実証することであった。そのため本研究の実施計画では、上記の仮説を実証すべく、中国の档案館や内外の文献史料を幅広く調査・収集し、分析するというものであった。そこで、平成20年度も引き続き、本実施計画に基づいて、金哲氏とともに中国の吉林省档案館、吉林省図書館、大連市立図書館、延辺朝鮮族自治州図書館を訪問し、史料の調査・収集並びに分析を行った。そこにおいて、当初の予想以上に重要かつ貴重な史料を発掘し、収集することができた。なかでも金哲氏が戦後初期の中国共産党の土地改革政策の決定過程に関する議事録を発見し、それを克明に分析したことは本研究の進展において決定的であった。また、ドイツの土地改革者同盟の土地改革論や土地改革政策が中国の土地改革政策に与えた影響を中国語史料並びにドイツ語史料において少なからず発掘できた点もまたきわめて大きな収穫であった。以上のような史料の分析から、戦後初期の中国共産党の土地改革政策の歴史的起源が、当初の仮説通りにドイツの土地改革者同盟たちの土地改革論や土地改革政策にあったことを史料的に実証できたことは、本研究計画においては決定的に重要な研究成果であった。また、中国の土地に関する慣習法が逆にドイツの土地政策に少なからぬ影響を与えていた史実を発掘できたこともまた重要な成果であった。従来、"Western-impact"として、西洋の法体系が一方的に中国を始めとした東洋の法体系に影響を与えたという図式が常識になっているが、逆に東洋の法がドイツの土地改革論者を経由して西洋の法に影響を与えたケースもまた見られたということが明らかになった。この点もまた、一国史的な分析では見えにくい、共同研究としての本研究の重要な成果であったといえる。
