项目摘要

昨年度に引き続き、ある1種類の証券に関して有限回の取引機会のうちに大口の取引をしたい機関投資家と大勢の小口の投資家が相互作用するゲームモデルの構築・分析を行った。全ての市場参加者が、実際には観察されない他人の経路外の行動を必ずしも正しく予想せずに、自分の観察した直近の市場取引の結果に対して最適反応する進化ゲーム理論的動学モデルを構築・分析した。まずベンチマークとして、全員が合理的な予想をもつ場合(通常の意思決定モデル)の均衡を求め、次に全員が上記の予想をもつ場合(進化的意思決定)の吸収状態を求め両者の比較を行った。その結果、進化的意思決定の方が、大口投資家の執行をより前倒しにすることが分かった。これは、特に機関投資家が、自らの売買注文の他の市場参加者の将来の行動に与える影響を正しく計測していないことに起因すると考えられる。つまり、実証的に支持される、最適執行の現場における早期執行という現実に、進化的意思決定が一つの理論的特徴付けを与えたと考えてよいだろう。また、逐次取引モデルにおいても同様の結果を得た。既存文献では、投資家がマーケットメーカーに対して情報優位にある可能性がある市場において、情報が早々と価格に織り込まるという結果が得られているが、そこでは投資家は情報取得についての意思決定を行わず、情報取得の過程については外生的に与えられるに留まっていた。そこで、進化ゲーム理論的に、マーケットメーカーの記憶容量に上限を設けたモデルを構築・分析した。数値計算結果では、既存文献と同じく、情報の早期織り込みが見られ、既存研究の結果が、より拡張されたモデルにおいても頑健であることを示している。
