平成20年度では、19年度に実施した研究をJournal of Economics and Behaviorに投稿した(現在審査中)。次に、この研究で分かった、「対象者や、実際に食べる場合と食べない場合では、選択に影響を与える情報の種類が異なったことから、脳内メカニズム解明のためには、誰に対してどのような状況を想定するのかということを明確にする」ために、新たな研究を進めた。この研究では、主婦を対象とし、どのような状況のときに食品の安全性を意識するのかを、食品の選択行動に基づいて解明する(これは、前回の研究同様、fMRIなどを用いて脳内活動を測るための行動実験である)。この実験では、前回の実験で不確かであった、被験者の中の情報のウェイトを数値化することが目的である。これにより、被験者の安全性(あるいは危機感)の認知が、発症(あるいは死亡)確率と病名の認知度のどちらの影響を強く受けるのかを分析可能とする。この実験のデザインをした:(1)食品の意識をさせる手段として、亜硝酸ナトリウムありのハム、なしのハム、そして亜硝酸ナトリウムなしだが日持ちがするハムを使い、3種類のハムから選択させる:(2)ハムは実験前にすべて試食させる:(3)試食後、亜硝酸ナトリウムの良い・悪い情報を被験者に聞かせる(4)これらの後、choice methodsを用いて価格や健康リスクの異なる状況の中で、一番好ましいハムを選択する。

Research conducted in 2010 and 2019 was submitted to Journal of Economics and Behavior (currently under review). This research is divided into two parts: "the object, the actual situation, the situation, the choice, the impact, the type of information, the internal situation, the solution, the situation, the idea, the new research progress." This research is aimed at improving the awareness of food safety and the understanding of food selection activities. This is the first time that we've seen this, and the last time we've seen it, we've seen it, and we've seen it. The perception of the patient's safety (the sense of crisis), the accuracy of the disease (the sense of death), the impact of the disease's name, and the analysis of the possibility of death. The following are some of the main aspects of this study:(1) Food awareness measures:(2) Food testing before eating;(3) Food testing after eating;(4) Food awareness measures after eating;(5) Food selection methods after eating;(6) Health status after eating.
