本研究は,スウェーデンのスフェア(企業集団)に属する大企業の,1980年代以降の企業統治構造の変容を明らかとした。銀行融資や株式所有,役員派遣等で結びついていたスフェア企業は,企業間競争のグローバル化に対して,アメリカ型統治スタイルを部分的に導入することによって生き残りを図っている。他方で旧来の統治構造の維持は,救済融資や敵対的M&Aに対する防衛など,急変する経営環境の中でスフェア企業を支える役割をも果たしている。

The purpose of this study is that the enterprise cluster (enterprise cluster) is a large enterprise. In the 1980s, it was established by the governance of enterprises. The operation of financial and industrial ownership, the dispatch of service personnel, and so on, should be conducted in order to meet the needs of the enterprise and the enterprises, and the registration of the part of the health care unit and disabled person in the management of the health care system. In the past, the government managed to maintain the health care system, saved the financial crisis prevention and control system, and urgently managed to pay attention to the operation and maintenance of poor enterprises in the environmental environment.
