今日,日本の企業グループにとって,支配従属関係に基づく親会社・子会社の関係のみならず,多くの業態では他企業との連携・協力関係の構築が進展してきている。本研究では,企業間連携・協力関係の典型としてジョイントベンチャー(JV)および特別目的事業体(SPE)を念頭に置き,大量データに基づく定量的調査および専門的財務諸表利用者を対象とする聴き取り調査に基づく定性的調査を行い,かかる調査の知見に基づいて,企業間連携・協力関係の財務会計および開示上の取扱い,および,発行体側の対応のあり方について見解を示した。

Today, Japanese enterprises are under the control of the club and sub-club of the Japanese enterprises, and other enterprises are in coordination with each other in order to make progress. In this study, enterprises cooperate with each other to compare typical customers and customers (JV) to target specific events (SPE), and to use a large number of customer accounts that are based on quantitative customer accounts. Users of customer accounts are similar to those who use customer accounts to determine the nature of their customers. The cooperation among enterprises will be discussed in the following instructions: pick up the phone, collect the information, and provide the information for the customer.
