项目摘要

Sustainable development of Chinese economy is the key issue to realize stable development for Japanese economy as well as for international economy. In observing the recovery process from the recent world simultaneous recession, this is more than ever clarified. Sustainable development of Chinese economy includes the conversion of the growth strategy, that is to say, the conversion from the external demand oriented type to the domestic demand oriented type and the conversion from the investment dependence type by the foreign capital to the domestic consumption dependence type. The Great Western Development Strategy bears a part of the responsibility of this conversion. This research clarified the importance that the west region will find an autonomous development route not only depended on the central public finance but also using private capitals through industrial agglomerations, environmental preservation, and human capital accumulation in the west region.

中国经济的可持续发展是日本经济乃至世界经济实现稳定发展的关键问题。在观察从最近的世界同步衰退中复苏的过程时，这一点比以往任何时候都更加清楚。中国经济的可持续发展包括增长战略的转变，即由外需型向内需型的转变，由外资投资依赖型向国内消费依赖型的转变。西部大开发战略是这一转变的一部分。本研究阐明了西部地区通过产业集聚、环境保护、人力资本积累等途径，走出一条既依靠中央财政，又利用民间资本的自主发展道路的重要性。
