救急救命活動は,迅速で的確な対応が求められており,患者を医療機関へ早急に搬送するだけではなく,初期の救命処置活動も効率的に行うことが必要である.本研究では,医療情報デジタル伝送システムを導入するためのアンテナ基地局設置場所の最適化方策を提案するとともに,石川県においての導入計画について検討する.また,一般市民の一次救命処置に関する意識調査を実施し,院外心停止の予後に関係する因子を5年間の院外心停止記録から明らかにした。院外心停止例の1年予後に関係する独立した因子は,目撃の有無,心停止の原因(心原性)に加え,虚脱から心肺蘇生開始までの時間,救急隊員の通報から現場到着までの時間因子であることがわかった。
