项目摘要

本研究では、人口減少時代の新定住拠点形成計画として、(1)定住可能な集落の基礎的要件となる、世代循環が可能な集落の成立要件、(2)定住自治集落の運営要件として、農業生産や集落保全の指針と社会関係資本の維持・形成方法、保健・福祉体制の構築方法、(3)集落の発展要件として、地域資源の活用方法や地場産業の開発・経営手法、新・旧住民の連携による地域の自治や維持管理、発展的運営の要件を明らかにした。

This study is aimed at: (1) the elements of the foundation of a stable colony;(2) the elements of the operation of a stable autonomous colony;(3) the elements of the development of a colony;(4) the methods of the maintenance and formation of social capital;(5) the methods of the construction of a health care and welfare system;(6) the methods of the establishment of a stable autonomous colony;(7) the methods of the establishment of a stable autonomous colony;(8) the methods of the establishment of a stable autonomous colony; and (9) the methods of the establishment of a stable autonomous colony. The method of utilizing regional resources, the development and management methods of regional industries, the integration of new and old residents, the maintenance and management of regional autonomy, and the requirements for the operation of regional development are clearly defined.
