Starting from the knowledge of the《absurd》, Albert Camus (1913-1960) stresses the need for《rebellion》. But, he won't let the matter rest there : all his life, he goes on searching and submitting values, such as《justice》, 《innocence》, 《honour》, 《man》, etc., that keep us going through hard times. In the same time, Camus follows his dream to rewrite L'Envers et l'endroit (1937), his own root, that is to say rewriting his poor childhood. The essence of Camus' literature consists of these two directions : towards a perpetual search for new values and towards the strong wish of a return to his roots.

加缪（1913-1960）从对“荒谬”的认识出发，强调“反叛”的必要性。但是，他不会就此罢休：他的一生都在不断地寻找和提交价值观，如《正义》、《清白》、《荣誉》、《人》等，让我们度过难关与此同时，加缪追寻着自己的梦想，重写了自己的根《生活与权利》（1937），也就是说，重写了自己贫穷的童年。加缪文学的本质在于两个方向：一是对新价值的不断探索，二是对回归本源的强烈愿望。
