The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based scoring system fbr Japanese Oral Proficiency Test. When the rater uses this system, he/she accesses the web-site which presents whole the test materials and controls whole the test process. Prior to the experiment, a pilot experiment was administered in 2008, the result of which applied to improve the system. The raters were instructed how to evaluate the level of four Japanese learners' speaking samples by the check list and the proficiency scale. Data was obtained from the 23 native Japanese teachers who had more than 3 years teaching experience. The results showed a relatively high validity for the raters' evaluation both in the check list and the proficiency scales. According to the raters' respond to our questionnaire, they seem to have felt relatively easy for operating this system. With some improvement, there should be good prospect for the practical implementation of the Follow-Up study.

本研究旨在开发一套以网路为基础的日语口语能力测验评分系统。当评分员使用该系统时，他/她访问网站，该网站提供所有测试材料并控制整个测试过程。在此之前，2008年进行了一次试点实验，其结果用于改进该系统。指导评分员如何通过检查表和熟练度量表来评价四名日语学习者的口语水平。数据来自23名有3年以上教学经验的日本教师。结果表明，评分员的评价在检查表和水平量表上都具有较高的效度。从评分员对问卷的回答来看，他们似乎觉得操作这个系统比较容易。在改进的基础上，后续研究的实际实施应该有良好的前景。
