城市商业条例福岛是2005年制定的城市规划三法修订的主要范本之一。该法令带来了三个政治影响。首先是大型卖场（超过6000平方米的建筑面积）和规定，新开一家店就没人了。二是确保大型商店和商业面积的适当分配，“基本概念”已由市政府稳步制定。第三，准则是通过条例对社会作出贡献，当地的贡献已经在大型商店中稳步蔓延。

Urban commercial ordinance Fukushima was enacted in 2005 as one of the leading models of the revised town planning three laws. The ordinance has brought three political effects. The first is the large store (over 6000 square meters floor space) and regulations, opening a new store had no one.
