日本、アメリカ、イギリスの消費者団体の組織と選好を検討し、それらを規定するイデオロギー的要因として、政党の配列に示されるイデオロギーは大きな影響を持たないが、とくに消費者利益の他の利益からの自立性という点について、 中間集団や市民社会をめぐるイデオロギーがある程度の影響を持つことを検討した。また制度的要因として、各国において行政国家から自立した市民社会のための法人制度や税制が構築されているが、消費者団体の中には、その目的を追求する上で、必ずしも合理的な法人形態を採らないものがあることを検討した。

In Japan, the organization and selection of consumer groups in different countries should be examined and discussed. The main reasons for the establishment of political parties should be discussed. The influence of political parties on the organization and selection of consumer groups should be discussed. The influence of consumer interests on the independence of other interests should be discussed. The influence of intermediate groups on civil society should be discussed. The main reasons for the establishment of a legal system are: the establishment of a legal person system, the establishment of a tax system, and the pursuit of a reasonable legal person form by consumers.
