项目摘要

「企業と社会」という近年の研究領域のなかで、「社会の側からの企業ガバナンス」という分析視角ないし分析対象把握概念を提示し、先行研究の理論的な検討と整理をおこなった。そこでは「市場による企業ガバナンス」、「ステーク・ホルダーによる企業ガバナンス」、そして「社会による企業ガバナンス」ということで、企業に対するガバナンスを3つの類型に分けて検討した。このような分析視角のもとで、「社会の論理」が成立する論拠を明らかにし、概念的な整理と体系化をおこなった。これによって、「企業と社会」における両者の概念的な関係、および、「企業の社会的責任」の必要性の論拠を明らかにしようとした。そのような論拠は、大企業が利他的機能を遂行せざるをえないような制度ないし仕組みの創出のために貢献できるであろうと思われる。
