高齢者虐待防止計画を策定した1自治体を事例として取り上げ、地域包括支援センターによる虐待防止ネットワーク構築を促進するための自治体の支援活動と、新規の高齢者虐待防止事業を対象に、多様な調査方法による形成的評価を2年間実施した。調査結果と結果から明らかになった課題を、自治体等の関係者に随時、文書と口頭でフィードバックを行った結果、これらの支援活動と事業の展開においていくつかの具体的な改善がなされた。同じような条件下でこうした活動を展開しようとする自治体は、取り組みにあたってこれらの課題や改善案を参考にすることができる

A self-governing case study was conducted in the past two years, including the evaluation of the self-governing support activities and the development of a multi-disciplinary investigation method for the prevention of high-level abuse. The investigation results and results are from the perspective of issues, autonomous entities, etc., and specific improvements are made at any time, in the context of documents, in the context of oral actions, in the context of support activities, and in the context of business development.
