Research of Elder Abuse Intervention Approach

本研究的目的是发展一种有效的干预方法在家中虐待老人，当肇事者往往拒绝专业干预。在M-D & D的基础上；修改设计和开发，我们设计了AAA（日本）。Ansindukuri Anzensagasi Approach)，在英语中意思是“安全方法”。问卷结果显示，AAA有助于社工应对效能的提高。此外，个案研究结果显示，AAA会改善加害者与社工之间的关系，并改善加害者的改变动机。

The purpose of the research is a development of an effective intervention approach for elder abuse at home, when the perpetrator tends to refuse a professional intervention. On the basis of M-D & D ; Modified Design and Development, we designed AAA(jap. Ansindukuri Anzensagasi Approach) which in English means'Security and Safety Approach'. According to the results of the questionnaire, AAA leads to the improvement of the social worker's coping-efficacy. Furthermore, the results of the case study showed that AAA leads to the improvement in the relationship between the perpetrator and the social worker as well as the improvement in the perpetrator's motivation to change.
