Research of Elder Abuse Intervention Approach

这项研究的目的是开发一种针对家庭虐待老年人的有效干预方法，当犯罪者倾向于拒绝专业干预时。在M-D&D；改进设计和开发的基础上，我们设计了AAA(Jap.Ansdukuri Anzensagasi Approach)，英文意思是“安保和安全方法”。根据问卷调查结果，AAA有助于提高社会工作者的应对效能感。此外，案例研究的结果表明，AAA有助于改善犯罪人与社会工作者之间的关系，并提高犯罪人改变的动机。

The purpose of the research is a development of an effective intervention approach for elder abuse at home, when the perpetrator tends to refuse a professional intervention. On the basis of M-D & D ; Modified Design and Development, we designed AAA(jap. Ansindukuri Anzensagasi Approach) which in English means'Security and Safety Approach'. According to the results of the questionnaire, AAA leads to the improvement of the social worker's coping-efficacy. Furthermore, the results of the case study showed that AAA leads to the improvement in the relationship between the perpetrator and the social worker as well as the improvement in the perpetrator's motivation to change.
