千葉県教育委員会と連携しながら作成した「教員免許更新講習プログラム」は、予備講習で高い評価を得た。テキストの作成と活用は必修12時間の講座の質を維持する上で有効であることがわかった。千葉県・大学の「免許更新講習に関する情報交換会」を3回実施し、円滑な講習実施に向け準備を進めた。山形・福島・岐阜で聞き取り調査を行い、成績評価の問題や教育委員会と連携した講座運営、大学間連携による講座等の情報を得た。今後の課題として、10年経験者研修をはじめとする現職研修との整合性の検討などを含めた提言を報告書「教員免許更新講習をめぐって」にまとめた。
